• Should have an Index.
• Product History: Should not exceed Two pages.
• Identify the major competitors for your product.
• Identify the Market leader in your product category and identify the market share of
all the major competitors in the industry , including your product.
• Comparative study of all the major competitors in the industry on 4/7 Ps scale.
• Identify the competitive advantages of all the major competitors in the industry,
including your product.
• What are the marketing strategies would you like to suggest (on 4/7 Ps level) to the
top Managers of your Product, to gain the upper market share.
