International Law is a rule that has been accepted as such by the "International Community". The legal process that concerns relations among nations is called international law. International law is a body of rules that govern relations between states, functioning of international institutions/organizations and rights and duties of individuals. (There are three International Relationships are governed by “International Law”.) 1)Those between Nations and Nations 2)Those between Nations and persons; and 3)Those between Persons and Persons Sources of International Law: The term ‘source’ refers to methods or procedure by which International Law is created. There are five sources of International law, According to section: 38(1) of the statute of the “International Court of Justice”. These are: 1.International Conventions or called “Treaties” 2.International Customs 3.General Principles of Law recognized by Civilized Nations 4.Decisions of Judicial and Arbitral Tribunals; and 5.Juristic Works or called “Writing of Eminent Jurists”

The law of the sea is a body of customs, treaties, and international agreements by which governments maintain order, productivity, and peaceful relations on the sea.Law of the sea is also known as Maritime law which is that branch of public International Law which regulates the rights and duties concerning the regulation of states with respect to the sea. It governs the legal rules regarding ships and shipping. It is one of the principal subjects of international law and is a mixture of the treaty and established or emerging customary law. The law of the sea forms the basis of conducting maritime economic activities, the codification of navigation rules and to protect oceans from abuse of power. It covers rights, freedoms and obligations in areas such as territorial seas and waters and the high seas, fishing, wrecks and cultural heritage, protection of the marine environment and dispute settlement.

Sixty-eight years after Independence came another freedom at midnight 01 Aug 2015. 14,214 citizens of Bangladesh, who had been residing in 51 enclaves within India, would have become Indian citizens. Around the same time, 111 Indian enclaves in Bangladesh would have merged with that country. Of the 37,000 living there, 979 have opted to move to India, allaying fears of a huge transfer of population when the historic Land Boundary Agreement became operative and both countries redrew their boundary maps along North Bengal. No one from the Bangladeshi enclaves in India has chosen to cross over to Bangladesh. The total number of new Indian citizens will be 15,193.

1.ANDROID 2.INTRODUCTION Android is a Linux-based operating system designed primarily for touchscreen mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet computers. Initially developed by Android, Inc., which Google backed financially and later bought in 2005, Android was unveiled in 2007 along with the founding of the Open Handset Alliance: a consortium of hardware, software, and telecommunication companies devoted to advancing open standards for mobile devices. The first Android-powered phone was sold in October 2008. 3.ARCHITECTURE 4.Android consists of a kernel based on Linux kernel version 2.6 and, from Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich onwards, version 3.x, with middleware, libraries and APIs written in C, and application software running on an application framework which includes Java-compatible libraries based on Apache Harmony. Android uses the Dalvik virtual machine with just-in-time compilation to run Dalvik 'dex-code' (Dalvik Executable), which is usually translated from Java bytecode.The main hardware platform for Android is the ARM architecture. 5.APPLICATIONS Android has a growing selection of third party applications, which can be acquired by users either through an app store such as Google Play or the Amazon Appstore, or by downloading and installing the application's APK file from a third-party site. The Play Store application allows users to browse, download and update apps published by Google and third-party developers, and is pre-installed on devices that comply with Google's compatibility requirements. 6.APPLICATIONS The app filters the list of available applications to those that are compatible with the user's device, and developers may restrict their applications to particular carriers or countries for business reasons. Purchases of unwanted applications can be refunded within 15 minutes of the time of download, and some carriers offer direct carrier billing for Google Play application purchases, where the cost of the application is added to the user's monthly bill. As of September 2012, there were more than 675,000 apps available for Android, and the estimated number of applications downloaded from the Play Store was 25 billion. 7.SECURITY & PRIVACY Android applications run in a sandbox, an isolated area of the system that does not have access to the rest of the system's resources, unless access permissions are explicitly granted by the user when the application is installed. Before installing an application, the Play Store displays all required permissions: a game may need to enable vibration or save data to an SD card, for example, but should not need to read SMS messages or access the phonebook. After reviewing these permissions, the user can choose to accept or refuse them, installing the application only if they accept.

One element of the extensive partnership that the UPA administration wants to establish with the United States is the agreement on civilian nuclear cooperation. The UPA administration signed a ten year defense framework agreement with the United States prior to the joint declaration of July 2005. It is obvious that the Americans would not have agreed to the nuclear cooperation without the defense pact. This seems to be an element of a trade off. Therefore the present study has been carried out to study the india’s interest in the foreign policy with deal, to study united states’ interests with the deal and to discuss the implications of the deal on south asian strategic environment. The study concludes that India has got the status of de jure nuclear power in world area. India will have to go under non proliferation objectives of United States and will have to accept some compromises on her nuclear program. Some foundations of non proliferation circle will create critical conditions for Indias independent sovereignty over her nuclear program and non proliferation standards and U.S. role in Asian matters. We Indians are always known to be in a state of confusion about any situation that arises. One such thing in recent news is the Nuclear Power Plants (NPP). Dr.Homi Bhaba was a pioneer in this field and he started the Atomic Research Centre in India in 1950.He is called as the Father of Indian Atomic Research. Though, India has started its research in the field of Nuclear energy and atomic research since the 1950’s, we are still in a dilemma of adopting it or not and whenever there is a news break about the installation or initiation of nuclear power plant in India, there will be a state of civil unrest in that area. One such instance is the Kudankulam Nuclear Power Station, which is in the news for over two years.

It combines memory safety and concurrency to create an independent, modular, and embeddable rendering engine that adheres to web standards. Stewardship of Servo moved from Mozilla Research to the Linux Foundation in 2020, where its mission remains unchanged. After some slow years, in 2023 there has been renewed activity on the project, with a roadmap now focused on improving the engine’s CSS 2 conformance, exploring Android support, and making Servo a practical embeddable rendering engine.
