Specific Responsibility:
• Analyzing Functional specs and Technical specs design, development as well as ensured

Project profile: The Linde Group is a world leading supplier of industrial, process and specialty
gases and is one of the most profitable engineering companies. Linde products and services can
be found in nearly every industry, in more than 100 countries. Linde has implemented SAP CRM
implementation for Release 2.
Specific Responsibility:
• Engaged as a consultant responsible for design, development, and testing and defect
resolution.
• Enhanced the components and created custom views as new assignment blocks to display
the functionality as per the functional design specifications.
• Created Transaction Launchers to Launch ECC transactions from CRM WEB UI.
• Worked on BTE to set delivery block on sales order if given discount is more than
authorization.
• Created custom report to fetch eligible customer information.
• Created custom report to fetch initial and delta information of sales order, opportunity,
business partner, etc. for a particular org in particular period of time. This fetched
information was sent to lotus notes through PI for offline customer.
• Involved in preparing design documents and code reviews for the developments
undertaken.

Client :RDT, Anantapur SAP CRM Implementation

Project profile: The customer wanted to implement CRM BP management for maintaining the
Child, Sponsor and Sponsorship details and CRM Activity management for capturing
communication between the NGO and its Sponsors. The project had extensive WEB UI
developments including creation of different kinds of custom view. About 200 Z fields were
added using EEWB for BP Master Data both at 1:1 and 1:N. Every view had validations
implemented either by raising messages or by creating multiple configurations. The customer also
wanted a custom Search incorporating EEWB fields for which a new Search Component was
created. A new component for Search Result, Create & Edit was created for W2W program as per
the customer requirement. Many SAP GUI reports were hosted in WEB UI using Transaction
Launcher.
Specific Responsibility:
• Custom Search Result Web UI component for W2W search.
• New Web UI component for Term Letter Maintenance.
• Custom Search and Detailed component for Sponsor Visit.
• New Web UI component for creating and updating gift and gift set.
• Reports and Module pool programs for uploading excel sheet to the system
• Report to maintain order for incident.
• Report to create BP, change status.
• Report to create order for activity and incident
Client : Dental Hydraulics, Gurgaon SAP CRM Implementation
SAP Version : SAP CRM 7.0
Scope : Implementation
Duration : 6 Months

Project profile: Dantal Hydraulics was a CRM implementation project in Sales scenarios.
Sales Process at Dantal:-The sales employee of Dantal will visit to the customers for sales
activity by creating the visit plan. The sales manager of particular employee has the
authorization of Approving/Rejecting the particular visit plan. Once visit plan is
approved, scheduling activities are generated automatically.
Sales Order creation: First Suspect will be created. After completing all mandatory data,
suspect will be converted to Prospect. Prospect creates the Enquiry for products. The
follow up Quotation is created once the Enquiry is created.
The prospect needs to be converted to customer and uploaded to ECC system before
creating the sales order
Specific Responsibility:
• Enhanced the standard BP Head component.
• Created custom fields through AET for Enquiry, Quotation objects.
• Created database table and maintenance view.
• Enhanced the standard Web UI components like Opportunity, visit plan.
Client : SAP Labs Gurgaon, Sysco Pre-Determined Pricing
Scope : Implementation
Duration : 5 Months
Role : Software Developer
Project profile: Sysco share price data with its customers on a periodic basis. The current
process, called the B2B catalog generation, calculates the Net price at run time for nightly
distribution to some customers and weekly distribution to most. Price calculation
processing time is expected to exceed the time available to generate B2B catalogs and
produce updates to OM offline and RIO as more OPCOs are deployed in SAP. To resolve
concerns about scalability, Sysco has partnered with SAP is to provide an ECC resident
Pre Determined Pricing Engine that can maintain certain customer-specific price data in
near-real time. The PDPE shall update the engine data repository in response to various
changes made to the sources of data during the course of business operations. The stored
pricing data shall be used to reduce B2B catalog generation duration. In addition,
portions of the price data can act as accelerators for final price determination for the
higher volume OM applications related customer sets.

• Work list expansion.
• Date Calculation.
• Work list expansion for CRM campaigning.
Client : Asian Paints
SAP Version : SAP CRM 7.0
Scope : Implementation
Duration : 5 Months
Roles : Software Developer
Project profile: The project sales offices creates a project card that contains the site
information. Only PSOs can create or edit the project card. Project card contains the
information such as site address, retail unit the name of the client that delivers paint, start
date and end date of the project, status of the project card, dealers for the current location,
products and its quantity required. Once project card is created ship to party will be
created and same will be replicated to ECC system. After the project card creation the
rebate request will be created for dealer and product combination. The rebate request
defines the rebate amount for the dealer product combination. Once rebate request
created it has go through a hierarchy of managers for the approval based on rebate
percentage
Specific Responsibility:
• AET enhancement to the standard opportunity detailed component.
• AET enhancements for BP_HEAD.
• Custom Search Result component for rebate request.

Client :RDT, Anantapur SAP CRM Implementation SAP Version : SAP CRM 7.0 Scope : Implementation Duration : 12 Months Roles : Software Developer Modules : ECC, CRM Project profile: The customer wanted to implement CRM BP management for maintaining the Child, Sponsor and Sponsorship details and CRM Activity management for capturing communication between the NGO and its Sponsors. The project had extensive WEB UI developments including creation of different kinds of custom view. About 200 Z fields were added using EEWB for BP Master Data both at 1:1 and 1:N. Every view had validations implemented either by raising messages or by creating multiple configurations. The customer also wanted a custom Search incorporating EEWB fields for which a new Search Component was created. A new component for Search Result, Create & Edit was created for W2W program as per the customer requirement. Many SAP GUI reports were hosted in WEB UI using Transaction Launcher. Sales Process at Dantal:-The sales employee of Dantal will visit to the customers for sales activity by creating the visit plan. The sales manager of particular employee has the authorization of Approving/Rejecting the particular visit plan. Once visit plan is approved, scheduling activities are generated automatically.

The follow up Quotation is created once the Enquiry is created. Client : SAP Labs Gurgaon, Sysco Pre-Determined Pricing Scope : Implementation Duration : 5 Months Role : Software Developer Project profile: Sysco share price data with its customers on a periodic basis. The current process, called the B2B catalog generation, calculates the Net price at run time for nightly distribution to some customers and weekly distribution to most. Price calculation processing time is expected to exceed the time available to generate B2B catalogs and produce updates to OM offline and RIO as more OPCOs are deployed in SAP. To resolve concerns about scalability, Sysco has partnered with SAP is to provide an ECC resident Pre Determined Pricing Engine that can maintain certain customer-specific price data in near-real time. The PDPE shall update the engine data repository in response to various changes made to the sources of data during the course of business operations. The stored pricing data shall be used to reduce B2B catalog generation duration. In addition, portions of the price data can act as accelerators for final price determination for the higher volume OM applications related customer sets. Only PSOs can create or edit the project card. Project card contains the information such as site address, retail unit the name of the client that delivers paint, start date and end date of the project, status of the project card, dealers for the current location, products and its quantity required. Once project card is created ship to party will be created and same will be replicated to ECC system. After the project card creation the
