various activities in the hotel. The size layout and staffing of the front desk will vary wih the size of the hotel.
• The front desk is staffed throughout the 24 hours by three shifts.
• The evening shift duties include the following
Check the long book for special ítems.
Check on the room status, number of expected checkouts still to leave, and arrivals.
Handley guest ckeck-in.
Take reservation for that evening and future reservation after the reservations staff have fo the day.
