First: Job Description:
 Responsible for the employees of the branch.
 Direct working relationships with all departments to achieve the management of the
branch work.
 Direct contact and coordination with other branches of knowledge available
varieties they have to work transfers between branches, or sales on the grounds that
the exchange of another branch.
 working relationships directly with the workshop maintenance and technical
management and management of the customer service department, in terms of
vehicles, equipment, buildings and facilities maintenance branch.
 Direct working relationships with customers, and suppliers of services to the
branch.
 Work within a normal office environment.
Second: The overall objectives of the function:
 Work to achieve sales goals and profitability of the branch efficiently and
effectively.
 Supervision of the administrative and technical staff and workers at the branch and
ensure the implementation of systems and policies adopted in the company.
 Adjust the movement of goods in the section and maintain the integrity of the
company's property, and optimum utilization of resources.
 Supervise and maintain the section on private property such as documents,
construction, maintenance and utilities.
 Follow-up and implementation of security measures and safety branch.
Third: the detailed duties and tasks:
 Work on the follow-up to the achievement of sales and profitability targets set for
the branch by the administration and monitoring of the completion rate
consistently.
 To execute and support the sales and collection while ensuring compliance with
regulations and policies and the prices specified by the administration.
 Follow the market and work site visits to customers and raise any suggestions on
rates, varieties, or competitors to run branches.
 Prepare quotations to clients and ensure compliance with sale prices specified by
management.
 Branch inventory control and determine the quantities required and submit them to
the warehouse supervisor or to the competent department (sales branch manager),
and follow-up provided.
 Ensure the health of the preparation, adoption, distribution, keeping invoices and
documents and reports for sales operations, collection, directing, receipt, switch,
shear, and others, according to the applicable regulations in the company.
 supervise the movement of private cars transport branch to ensure the delivery of
customer requests without delay (or in coordination with the customer service
department).
 Review and approve the daily sales of the Branch revealed before sending it to the
Secretary of the main fund.
 preventive action inventory of some of the items periodically to ensure the validity
of the inventory balance.
 Follow up the collection of receivables, and monitoring of receivables and balances
from customers constantly.
 confirm the amounts received by the branch of the other branches and the adoption
of their own deportation bonds.
 Ensure the health and safety of storage and supervision of the order and cleanliness
of the branch.
 Assign workers to work overtime if needed, and the work of a monthly Baladava
detect and send it for approval and then to human resources management required
to complete.
 direct responsibility for housing the branch workers in terms of the distribution of
labor within the housing and request the necessary maintenance.
 Procedures for staff and workers of the branch coordination and submit them to the
branch sales manager for approval.
 Raising the maintenance of buildings and cars and mechanisms requests to the
concerned authorities and follow up their implementation without delay.
 Review and lift branch requests from administrative supplies and fixed assets to

terms of follow-up attendance, giving permits departures, the preparation of the
annual performance evaluation, preparation of annual leave planning and
