Tom Gilmore is a business agility coach. Tom’s educational studies have helped foster these Lean foundational beliefs, with a BA in Operations Management and an MBA in Technology and Innovation Management. With over 20 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Operations, Agile Development, DevOps, Quality Assurance and Automated Testing, he has helped coach many organizations to use Lean, Agile and DevOps philosophies as vehicles to accomplish their business agility transformation.
