We are back with yet another thrilling and exciting #SalesforceSaturday session given by our very own Rupesh Bhatia, 9X Salesforce Certified, Lead Technical Architect at L&T Infotech.
He will be discussing the Roadmap and Tips on how to transform from a Salesforce Developer to a Salesforce Consultant. He is the most appropriate person to talk about this because he himself has gone through the journey and is now a successful Salesforce Architect and Consultant.
Transforming from a Developer to a Consultant is an important step that a Developer has to take if he wants to grow further in his career.

7. Email Communication is Key !!
Dear HR,
Thanks for being cooperative during the entire process.
It's been intense thinking and thought process before concluding on this one.
The battle was not between the two offers i had....it was for the step i need to take at this point of my career.
However both the opportunities were equally exciting and challenging as i move ahead.
Difficult task was to conclude on whether i have to explore technical side of me to the fullest or whether now am ready to make a change over to more functional part...
This profile of BI still attracts me......but i think i should b concentrating more on technical expertise....right now in my career....coz functional part i think anytime i will excel...
that's only confidence and self belief on my capabilities when it will comes to execute a functional role.
Yes you are right in guessing m sadly declining this offer.....which still attracts me.....
Probably down the line maybe after couple of more years.....the day i decide to get into this kind of Profile...your organisation will b on my priority list always.
Its been a tough call to make but for me i think i cant erect a tower unless my foundation base in not strong enough.....that would be injustice to the profile and work I'll jump into...
I know it will b quite annoying for you and the management to hear this...my sincere apologies on that front.....hopefully you all would understand my situation and thought process.
Travelling was not that bigger issue coz any day I will have to travel if am a part of this IT industry.
Kindly forward this mail to the management so that they can have clear picture for this decision.
Hopefully somewhere in near future would like to be a part of your esteemed organisation.
Thanks for the Offer..... :(
