I just learned that the person identifying as "Shannon Baylor" is a part of the murderous gang stalking community. And that the person filmed today (and on other days) is not Shannon Baylor.

Dear “Shannon”,
This is a formal demand for a settlement. In order to settle this matter immediately and to avoid a lawsuit and criminal case
against you, you must make a payment of $500,000 by June 25, 2023, for the following incident:
- identity theft, falsely identifying as “Shannon Baylor”
- break-in with a key, likely received from another gang stalker
- falsely alleging there’s an eviction against me, and that I “did not pay my rent”
- involvement in a murder conspiracy against me and est. 500 people monthly
- death stalking by a community, of which some people pretend to be tenants in this house, while they pay rent in
another
- false LinkedIn profile, claiming to be a management person of Porchlights, and involved with Baylor Rentals
- participation in group stalking that includes stealing my payments, and has the declared goal of killing me
- targeting with electronic weapons, likely infrasound and electricity from outlets (witness and receipts)
- possible connection to the murder attempts and kidnapping in 05/2022
- blackmail and repeated attempts to convince me to become a member of the murderous community
- poisoning with white crystals in the bathroom, so that I was sick for nearly three weeks
- misrepresenting who owns this house, who lives here, and who owns Baylor Rentals
- identity and content theft by members of the gang stalking community around Baylor Rentals
In the context of a massive, organized stalking campaign against me, this caused tremendous stress and bodily harm to me.
In a criminal/court case, I will
- request receipts for rent payments of all people who pretend to live here
- present witnesses
- ask for the ID of the person who has been filmed and identifies as “Shannon Baylor”
- request receipts for the repair of the leak, that was yet another stalking event, and likely a repeated crime
- show evidence of the stalking by four tenants
- allege that half of the tenants live here part-time, and go to up to two other stalking houses
- point to a plethora of (alleged by data brokers) real estate scams
- connect incidents with the “official” gang stalking manual
- show that the exotic house rules help perfectly, to commit severe stalking actions
- share what I found out about other people who suffered or died in these stalking houses
- go through the history of small claims court cases of Baylor Rentals
- allege that three “tenants” and your staff are members of the virtual machine used by the black gang stalkers
- share what I found on Baylor Investments, and other business ventures
- allege that two tenants are part of the white gang stalker VM (virtual machine)

2. - point to criminal associates of “tenants”, that include sentenced child molesters, a DEA most wanted, and many other
criminals.
You must also seize any stalking actions immediately. You may review some of the evidence on www.real-life-murder-
mystery.com, and the site will be updated with content regarding Baylor Rentals shortly.
Regarding the eminent eviction case, I will show that the group, including a Baylor Rentals staff or the owner, is a part of
the mass-murdering “gang stalking” group, stole my payments, and removed any chance to earn money. This includes
hacking my computer, redirecting my phone calls, deleting my emails and files, as well as my websites, and much more. All
with evidence.
I will be more than happy to leave your premises, but I will have to wait until the settlement or court settlement or until the
FBI has returned stolen payments, including commissions, donations, an inheritance, and more. I will be interested in
learning why criminal tenants who don’t pay their rent in this stalker house do not get evicted.
This is a formal demand for settlement. Time is of the essence to avoid a criminal case and lawsuit against you. It is
