'I once read people are either blessed or doomed to be accountants', to me the choice is a bit complicated than that. I feel that a career in this profession can be a bit of both, as at times you can be doomed to long periods of repetitive work, whilst on the other hand there is the very real prospect of a secure, well paid, rewarding career. I have chosen to study this degree because it will give me a chance to step into the economic world and an opportunity to benefit from the current high demand of accounting graduates in the job market.
