I have only one main objective to achieve throughout this course and it‟s to equip you
with the knowledge and education on how to convert PLR content into profit-pulling
machines. And when you gain this priceless skill, my course would have done its job.
You might not know any better but I‟m going to tell you, you‟re having something that
can potentially wipe your competitors‟ clocks, so to speak.
And after this, you won‟t need to worry about getting PLR products or PLR content that,
are you know, being owned by hundreds or even thousands of other people. Because

start: there‟s no such thing as saturation. I know it‟s hard to grasp at first because in the
Internet Marketing field, we are conditioned to think that other gurus are making millions

PLR Profit Strategy #1:
The Master Resell Rights Strategy
We are going to cover PLR Profit Strategy #1 and this is what I call the Master Resell
Rights Strategy. Personally, this is my personal favorite strategy that I have been using
to build my opt-in mailing list especially.
In fact, this strategy alone is proof enough that no matter how many other people own
the same PLR products as you do, it won‟t stop you from making big profits. Like what I
did, I pulled off a launch in 6 days and raked in, let me see, $19,576 in total sales. And it
relates a lot to what I am going to share with you soon. And take note, I didn‟t get there
by selling products at basement prices because if I sell a product for $10 for example, I
need to sell like almost 2,000 copies. That‟s ridiculous and not really smart, unless I was
looking for a loss leader or something. The thing as well is, even when scaled down, I
used this method in my early stages of building my Online Business and built a list of
3,000 responsive subscribers in less than 2 months, owing to this method alone. That
was back in my early days, and it still works today. So I know this can do well for many
others as well if they use this strategy.
The thing is that, I‟ve used PLR content, most of which was already owned by many
other reselling competitors like me. But I staged my launch in a unique manner and with
its own brand, so my competitors became irrelevant suddenly. And I‟m going to teach
you to do that. Now understandably, if you‟re just starting you will want to take baby
steps first but it‟s not going to stop you from building your list and quickly make money
up front so you can start investing in other stuff later.

Okay, here is the concept in a nutshell: you must gather enough PLR material. It can be
E-Books, software or audio/video, stuff like that. Use them to create a series of digital
products in your name, say 4 to 10 products or more, and then offer the Full Master
Resell Rights to the products.
If you own a mailing list, you can easily make up-sells from selling these re-worked
products in a package to your subscribers or members. Since your subscribers-turned-
customers own the Full Master Resell Rights, they can in turn resell your products to
others, and so on.

This will in turn establish your presence strongly in your chosen niche market as these
re-worked products, now in your name or branding, are being sold across the Internet
marketplace thanks to the efforts of your resellers.
You can also leverage on your resellers‟ collective efforts to build your mailing list by
inserting advertisements, bonuses or some other incentive for THEIR customers to join
your mailing list in your products.
The concept covered, this is going to be the course style for the rest of the 7 other
strategies later. Now any of my friends who know me well know that I‟m quite a straight
talker but in your best interest, I‟m going to cover the pros and cons in each strategy. I
have my own opinions on each strategy when I use them for my business but the thing is,
everyone‟s different. So I‟m going to lay out the pros and cons objectively so you decide
it for yourself if it‟s worth your pursuit.

Okay advantages:
1. Since you are going to sell the products first so that they can be released to your
customers to be resold, you can earn handsome upfront profits and increase the
perceived value of your products, something that most products with Give Away
rights do not have.
2. With strategically positioned lead capture devices in your products that were
private labeled, you can build your mailing list by leveraging on the efforts of your
resellers.
3. The Full Master Resell Rights would make your products viral in nature as they
go about being resold in the Internet marketplace.

However the disadvantages are that:
1. Depending on how many PLR products you have to rework, it can be time
consuming. This is yet to take into account you have to write your own sales
copy and design the product E-Covers.
2. Since you are going to create a series of products in your name with Full Master
Resell Rights instead of one (for higher effectiveness), you need to gather as
much PLR material as possible.

Now what you need to make this happen is that, first of all, you need a good collection of
Private Label Content material enough to create a few E-Books. Each of them should
have 20 to 30 pages or so.
I think this goes without saying but the Word Program is the most important tool there is,
not just for this strategy, but for a big part of your business, if you‟re in the Information
Products business. So if you‟re using Windows, or Mac, or whatever, you need to have a
Word Program. It‟s normally available in PCs and it is by far the most important tool you
must have.
Naturally you also need a PDF File Converter Program that converts Word document
into PDF format. Most PCs today come ready with this program installed – I think it‟s
called Adobe PDF Maker – but if you don‟t have a PDF converter installed, I recommend
http://www.PrimoPDF.com/ for the job.
And also, you‟re going to need to get a sales Letter and E-Cover for each of your
products. Don‟t worry about this one yet, I‟ll tell you why later.

This one also goes without saying but you need your own site and domain. So if you
don‟t have them yet get one now. I won‟t be running through all these again in the
subsequent sections on PLR Profit Strategies so don‟t take this lightly, okay? I use a
Dedicated Server and VPS since I have quite a number of sites but usually a shared
hosting or reseller hosting account will do for starters. Go get a hosting account with
http://www.BlueHost.com/ or if you want a more complete package, my partner Vince
Tan and I provide an all-in-one solution at http://IMGuerilla.com/. Check it out.
I register my domains with http://www.NameCheap.com/ as well, which is another
good domain registrar. It‟s only less than 10 bucks annually, and you get a free WHOIS
guard for a full year that protects your WHOIS identity, would come in handy and you
can wad off those people looking at your WHOIS info and email or call you for pesky
favors. Happened to me a few times, so don‟t make the same mistake I did.
Now accepting payments: I use 2CheckOut.com and for a good reason. You see, I
actually don‟t recommend using PayPal especially for this strategy, and in fact for almost
anything to do with „make money online‟, PLR, Resell Rights, whatever more. Back in
2006, I had my PayPal account limited twice and they gave me lame excuses to close it
and not give my money back. I know this is quite shocking news but let me explain. You
see, PayPal has a knack for clamping down accounts that make a lot of sales –
unusually a lot of sales – in a short time span. That was what happened to me, I was
pulling off a launch with PLRGold Master Rights Pack 3 and this happened. They were
hiding behind their ToS and such and it was frustrating to get my money out. I was lucky
to pay my affiliates before it happened and withdraw most of my money. Many other top
marketing people, like say, Liz Tomey and Jason James, were not that lucky. So yes,
refrain from using PayPal in doing big launches or anything to do with PLR or Resell
Rights. Long story short: according to them, they perceive PLR and Resell Rights as
“MLM” which I think it‟s silly. Anyways, I won‟t go off topic but if you‟re wondering why,
just go to PayPalSucks.com and you‟ll know why.
You can also use http://www.ClickBank.com/ to accept payments online. Use anything
but PayPal. PayPal is good for paying out affiliates and accepting commissions no doubt,
but just do refrain from using it to sell your own product, especially if you‟re in the PLR
and Resell Rights field.
So anyways, these necessities – the domain, hosting and third party payment
processors – are the prerequisites to other PLR Profit Strategies that will be discussed

later into the course, so I won‟t be repeating them again. So if you haven‟t got your own
hosting and domain and a way to accept payments online better get them down pat
before continuing.
Profit Strategy – Step-by-Step
Now we‟re going to cover the strategy. Compile the Private Label Contents to create a
collection of a few E-Books, say 4 to 6, or maybe 10, whichever amount is up to you.
The E-Books must be focused on one general theme; the more focused the theme the
better. For example: Internet Marketing, self improvement, freelancing, personal finance,
real estate, cooking, and so on.
Re-title each of the E-Books but be sure to include your name or pen name. For instance:
“Guide to Private Label Rights”, “10 Dollar Profit Blueprint”, etc. This is important as you
want to instill a branding for your own and establishing yourself as an expert in your
market.

In each of the E-books, place a „lead capture device‟. By this, I mean that you should
include a way for your readers to easily find your site and join your mailing list. It can be:
An invitation to join your E-zine,
A bonus membership access to your site
Subscribe to your lifetime updates,
And so on… the key success is to give your reader an incentive to join your mailing list
so you can follow up with him or her whenever you have your next product to sell.
Some strategic places to put your lead capture device that I have personally identified
include the first page, third page, in the middle, and the back pages. Those are the hot
spots but at the same time, don‟t overpopulate your Master Resell Rights Info Products
with too many ads or they‟ll just become worthless content with nothing but ads, so avoid
that mistake.
Next you include the FULL MASTER RESELL RIGHTS to these products. In other words,
you want to allow your customers to resell your E-Books and then their customers to do
the same and so on. The logic behind this is that your E-Books get across the Internet
marketplace and since each E-Book has a lead capture device, you can build your
mailing list when the readers join your list!
Here are some Resell Rights terms and conditions that you will want to consider allowing
or restricting (a copy is also included in the Appendix, by the way):

Can be sold on auction sites YES / NO
Next you have to design the E-Covers for your products. Your digital products are going
to need a slick looking presentation if you want them to sell well. A number of PLR
products usually come with E-Covers already. You can either edit them as they are

using GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/downloads/) or Adobe Photoshop. But normally I
recommend having them re-designed from scratch.
If you don‟t want to do it on your own, you can hire a graphic designer to do it for you. I
recommend Dee Ferdinand of http://MiniSiteGuru.com/ for the job. Not only are his
rates reasonable, his turnover is quick and he is the guy behind some of the most
beautiful E-Covers out there that are currently being used by Top Internet Marketers and
myself included.
If you prefer the Do-It-Yourself route and you have Adobe Photoshop, you can use my
Action Script system at this link: http://myinstantcovers.com/.
I personally use my own Action Scripts to turn my flat designs into 3D covers and I‟ve
got them custom made, not typical ones you always see around. The Action Scripts
allow you to quickly and easily transform your 2D flat covers into professional 3D E-
Covers with only a few clicks of the mouse.
So once you‟re done with the E-Cover graphics, proofread your work one or two last
times and then convert your Word documents into PDF formats. Be doubly sure to
disable “copying of text” and still “enable printing” before converting the documents into
PDF format to prevent convenient content theft.

Write each of your product‟s sales letter and then your principal sales letter (which you
will use to sell all of your E-Books). I cannot discuss the subject of copywriting in depth
as it is a subject fit for another book. But here are some of the key principles to writing
your main sales letter:
Your target market is strictly resellers.
Sell them on convenience whereby they do not have to spend time and effort
creating their own products because you have done it all for them.
They get to sell as many copies of your products and keep 100% of the sales.
They can also do more with your products by listing your full Resell Rights terms
and conditions.
Set up your site on the server with thank you page and merchant processor ready. Okay,
you‟re as good as in business now!

Now this is the marketing aspect, which is going to bring in money for the system and
strategy you have implemented in place. This is a very critical step altogether, otherwise
this whole strategy is worthless without getting traffic, and getting targeted prospects to
your website.
I am going to divide the marketing aspect into two: whether you plan to make upfront
profits or whether you want to build your list. If you‟re starting with nothing at all, no list,
then I recommend the latter. Meaning, you have to focus on list building in the backend
first, and think about making the profits later.
If you are planning to make upfront profits:
1. Endorse your Resell Rights package to your mailing list. This is the fastest way to
get the word out about your product and if you already have a substantial,
responsive mailing list, you can cover back your investment and make profits in a
short time frame, possibly a few hours to a day.

2. Start an affiliate program. You can recruit affiliates to promote your package
through their efforts in exchange for a percentage of commissions, say 40-50%. I
recommend JVManager if you actively create products with affiliate programs. A
lower cost alternative would be PayDotCom, though with more limited features.
3. Seek Joint Venture partners. If you know of other list owners and established

based. Also, you need other website necessities such as hosting, a domain
name and a payment processor – you need quite a couple of things here before

use NameCheap for my domain names.
When it comes to accepting payments online, as mentioned before, I would recommend
2CheckOut.com as well or you can also use http://www.ClickBank.com/ since they
now support recurring membership sites and digital products with recurring billing. They
had this feature as of early 2008; they have enabled a feature where they allow bi-
weekly payments so you can easily recruit affiliates and ClickBank will pay your affiliates
for you, and automatically post checks to you every 2 weeks.
Now, to cover the things you actually need to put together this model is that first and
foremost, you need a membership software that allows you to start and manage your
membership routine and content, plus enables multiple membership levels. Now, I am a
fan of starting and running membership sites and I have also experienced using a lot of
membership scripts. Here are some that I would personally recommend to get the job
done.
The most recommended membership script that I would personally endorse is the use of
AMember Pro that you can actually get from http://www.amember.com. I really like this
script a lot and it‟s quite useful in features. It has a lot of features as well so I
recommend checking it out, and get yourself a copy.
Another famously used membership script is called Butterfly Marketing which you can
actually get straight away from http://www.ButterflyMarketing.com/. No affiliate link
here because while I have personally tested it out before and used it for a couple of sites,
the thing is that there‟s quite some programming bugs and quite tough when it comes to
programming as well, and scripting, so I actually don‟t quite recommend using the script
too often unless you don‟t really have much of a choice. But the good thing about having
this script compared to AMember Pro is that you can actually install it on multiple
domains, while AMember Pro requires you to buy 1 license per domain.
Another good one is that you can try Launch Formula Marketing at
http://www.LaunchFormulaMarketing.com/. Works quite similar to Butterfly Marketing
and I heard a lot of things about its features.

Another script that I would also recommend just to give you lots of options as well is one
by my friend, his name is Simon Hodgkinson, and he‟s got a new membership script

well. All of these scripts are capable of supporting multiple membership levels. And
Instant Member is quite affordable, like aMember Pro. Butterfly Marketing and Launch
Formula Marketing may be a bit too pricey for starters.
Needless to say, you need substantial Private Label products to build your membership
content so you can‟t just have like one or two all right. You need to have a lot like tens,
or even hundreds for that matter, depending on how big your project is. If you‟re a writer
or planning to start a paid e-course within your membership site, you‟re going to need
Private Label Rights written materials and if you‟re a programmer you can use PLR
software or scripts and convert them into web-based applications.

Okay, now to cover the profits strategy in a step-by-step method:
1. You have to first decide on a theme of your membership content and your target
market and then gather the Private Label materials that you need. So for
example, you want to start a self- improvement membership site that targets
working individuals from corporate backgrounds, therefore you will have to gather
private label e-books, records and articles that cater to these individuals such as
I can think of right now, “How To Climb A Corporate Ladder”, “How To Be
Successful”, “One Minute Tips A Day For Time Management”, “How To Manage
Stress”, etc.
2. You must create one or a few membership levels. So usually in my experience,
two or three membership levels are ideal – they are considered the best and
sweet spots over there and obviously the good content goes to the free or low-
ticket members whereas the really, really good content should be saved for your
paid-membership levels. Now, you might think I‟m actually exaggerating on good
and really, really good but here‟s the thing: I believe on holding on to a principle
where you cannot provide anything less than good when it comes to giving
content as an infopreneur. In fact, you have to give excellent content if you want
to stay ahead of your competitors and make them bite your dust.
3. You need to create content for each of your membership levels. It can be paid
visual e-course or mp3 audio, video, web-based software or even templates
whichever one is suitable for your theme. Using the same example of self-
improvement. You can offer e-courses within your free membership levels and
web audio in the paid level. Now using Private Label content you don‟t have to
create content from scratch anymore. In fact, one very quick and easy (but also
lazy) way is that you can actually just simply change the format of the content.
For example, if the products are originally e-books you can easily read them off
as transcripts or transcriptions and turn them into an mp3 product making them
totally different altogether and giving your paid members a new user experience.
4. Writing a membership site sales letter. Now, as mentioned before I cannot cover
the whole aspect of copywriting in this course alone but I actually urge you to
refer back to this certain part of PLR Profit Strategy #1 where I talk about how to
write a sales letter in a nutshell. So that it will be useful information as well.

recommended to you, each of them have an affiliate program. So start an affiliate
program and most professional membership software should come ready with a
built-in affiliate program as I‟ve said before and all of the programs mentioned
actually have one after all so you don‟t have to worry about getting another one.
Now, this is the core success key to your membership site marketing and you will
depend heavily on your affiliates to market it for you and your joint venture
partners to help you push it.
2. If you want a free way, you can write articles and submit them to article
directories. Write articles that include your resource box and are linked to your
membership site and submit them to popular article directories such as
ezinearticles.com. Your articles can be picked up by e-zine publishers to be
reprinted to their subscribers so that earns you free exposure right away.
3. If you have the money, you can start buying up e-zine ads from other e-zine
publishers and advertise your membership site.
4. You can print e-books with full Master Resell Rights and offer your membership
access as a bonus in your e-books.
This just about concludes the second PLR strategy – your own paid membership

readers to join your mailing list. You can take this opportunity to pre-sell some of your
related products or even sell advertising space.
Advantages
The advantages of doing these methods are:
1. It is fast and easy to do. You can create free reports in a matter of minutes or
hours as they don‟t have to be long actually, an 8 to 20 page report is enough.

Adobe PDF Maker. But for those who don‟t have their own Adobe PDF Maker
installed in their computer, you can actually use http://www.PrimoPDF.com/ to
help you convert Word document to PDF format. This is important for whoever
uses your report; they cannot alter the contents or modify it and pass it on to
someone else. This is a very important step.
3. Since you don‟t need to write a sales letter, you are going to need an E-cover
and a very good one at that to impress people and increase the perceived value.

affiliate links so if they want to have their affiliate links re-branded, they have to
either pay me for re-branding fee and I can do it for them or they can do it
themselves using this Turbo PDF tool. Another famous re-branding tool that I
heard of is Viral PDF which can be obtained from http://ViralPDF.com/.
Now you don‟t necessarily need a website to host the free reports per se, but as far as
collecting leads are concerned, having your own website is very important so make that
a high priority as well.

Now the Profit Strategy in step by step:

1. You have to first create a series of free reports in Word document, say 4 to 6
reports from re-worked Private Label Content, preferably focused on a theme in
your niche. Be doubly sure to title your reports and include your name for re-
branding purposes (e.g. Resell Rights Crisis Solved). As you can see there is a
form of branding here by putting my name there, so that I can start creating titles
under my name. Now that you have gotten this step down after getting all your
reports done, remember they don‟t have to be that long, just 8 to 20 pages per
report.
2. You have to start offering the Give Away Rights to the reports by allowing your
readers to give them away for free without restrictions. Be sure that your reports
have a mention about joining a mailing list and if they want to add more, either
some of your products or affiliate programs, therefore giving you more profit
points. Even though you‟re giving your readers the permission to give the
products away for free, in this case your reports, please mention that your
contents are copyrighted and they can be passed with the condition that they are
not altered, reproduced or modified in the process.
3. Once you have the Give Away Rights stated, you need to have the E-covers
done for your free reports. So even though the reports are going to be given
away for free, they need to have something visual to impress your potential
readers to actually download and read your reports. You can either do it your
own, as mentioned before back in PLR Profit Strategy #1 using my Action Scripts
for those people who have Adobe Photoshop, or you can choose to have
someone else design for you. Again I highly recommend Dee Ferdinand of
http://MiniSiteGuru.com/ for the job.
4. Once you have proofread your work, start converting your Word document
reports into PDF format using Primo PDF or Adobe PDF Maker. Remember to
disable the‟ copying of content‟ and enable „allow printing‟.
5. While this is optional, I highly recommend it like I said before; offer the re-
branding rights to your free reports. You can easily do this with Turbo PDF and
you can charge your readers a small fee for re-branding rights alone which adds
to a good extra income stream. This will encourage your readers to pass your
reports around and around because they know that their affiliate links are in and

Model. In a nutshell on concept, is that you can actually start your own content-based
online newsletter, or better known as e-zine, using Private Label content and the primary
revenue can be earned through selling advertising spaces within the boundaries of your
e-zine issues.

only thing is that creating new content is no longer already a big issue. In fact it is

under your name or different pen names, whichever you prefer. The value of your
advertising spaces however depends heavily on how many subscribers you have and it‟s
irrelevant to the content you‟re providing.

GetResponse.com which I personally use. It‟s a very good auto responder
company and in fact if you get http://www.GetResponse.com/ it even has a
“GetSubscribers” feature or service as an add on where you can buy subscribers
in a way that you can pay for every name that they can send you to so they have
quite attractive packages - I‟ve tried them before and I‟m quite satisfied with them.
You can also use http://www.emailaces.com/ as well which is good.
http://www.Aweber.com/ is another highly recommended auto responder as
well, if you‟ve heard from other internet marketers but at this time of doing the
audio I‟ve heard quite a lot of company problems with aweber like price issues
and reliability issues have actually increased. So this is worth prospecting at the

moment and worth checking out but be on the lookout as well since I‟ve already
mentioned those.
3. Now after getting your auto responder you need to have other website
necessities such as hosting, domain name and even a payment processor. I
won‟t cover on hosting and domain name anymore because they‟ve already been
covered before but payment processors are still very important because although
you‟re not selling products per se through email at the moment you want accept
payments from advertisers who want to pay for advertising spaces in your emails.
Profit Strategy – Step-by-Step
Now, we‟re going to cover the profit strategy step by step:
1. To decide the theme of your e-zine: Is it going to be related to internet marketing
or self improvement, etc. it‟s up to you but keep it generalized and not too

focused (as in too small a demand). But the more focused it is and the more
demand there is the better so you‟ve got to stay in between. For example if
you‟re going to focus on Internet marketing, it‟s too broad at the moment but if
you focus on something smaller, like, let‟s say public domains or resell rights or
Adsense, those are some niches already with ample demand so that‟s a good
basis for you to start an e-zine because you have a lot of things to talk about,
because it‟s not too general and more specific at the same time. But if you talk
about things like something too sub-niched, there‟s going to be very little demand
and you‟ll soon run out of something to talk about. You‟ve got to find something
that‟s sub-niched, something that has a lot of demand and something you can
keep writing on about. Of course you‟re not going to write per se but you have
ample private label content that can keep the whole e-zine running for at least a
year or 6 months for that matter.
2. Compile e-zine content from PLR content you have and make your reworks and
everything. So compile 6 months worth of content in advance or preferably a year.
So if you plans to release an issue 2 times a week for example, you need 48
issues up front so you can dispense to your subscribers later at your
convenience allowing you 6 months free from doing any work or finding new
content. The contents can be compiled in a few days so it‟s worth while.
3. Get an auto responder which I have mentioned before and snt up the opt-in form
on your website‟s squeeze page so you can start getting visitors to subscribe to
your e-zine. You can use the broadcast feature to send emails to your mailing list
anytime you have a new issue to send. Whenever you have advertisers who
bought your advertising space you can include their advertisements along with
your next e-zine schedule after they have made their payment to you either
through PayPal or 2CheckOut.
4. if you prefer, you can repeat steps 1 through 3 for the same e-zines and keep
creating multiple e-zines under different pen names or even your own name. This
will increase your chances of making more money and expanding your co-op
network though the initial workload can be heavy.

Once you have all these steps nailed down, which are actually the easy steps, now the
hardest step is to get subscribers and build by the thousands. This is the hardest part
because you‟re going by the numbers here. You need to have substantial list sites for
your e-zines before looking for advertisers so you need to consider the following
methods to build your e-zine list:
1. Buy advertisements from other existing e-zines by promoting your newsletter to
them. Promote your online newsletter through other people‟s online newsletters
therefore encouraging other people‟s subscribers to become your subscribers.
2. If you already have a mailing list with a decent subscriber database, you can start
doing ad swaps or join giveaway events. Do this with many other marketers in
the same niche and you can grow your list faster than normal. Be warned though
that this will mean more email marketing confusion as you‟re building a list of
shared subscribers. Now the premise of doing ad swaps is that it‟s like this: if you

have a list of say 1000 subscribers and you have another person in the same
niche with 1000 subscribers as well, you contact him and say, “Hey I would like
to do an ad swap with you. All you have to do is send me your solo

advertisement and please send it to your list as well, okay”. Therefore you have
mutual co-op on sending each other your respective solo advertisements. Now
what you‟re going to do is that in your own solo advert is that (this is a full-fledged
advertisement by the way), you‟re going to promote your own newsletter and
asking people to join your newsletter through opting in to your auto responder
and be subscribed to your mailing list. That of course I‟m being frank over here
but you have to be more subtle when approaching other subscribers either in the
guise of free gifts or a strong incentive. What is it in for them if they join your
mailing list. What will they get? What are the benefits?
3. Give Away events are large versions of ad swaps where multiple contributors
contribute a gift to a single website and all of them drive traffic to this website
using their mailing list by telling their subscribers to come to this website on a
certain day and download any gifts they want and when they download a certain
gift they have to join the contributor‟s mailing list to get the gift. So you have to
prepare your own gifts as a contributor to join the giveaway event and you need

cents a name to even a dollar a name. If you are a user of GetResponse.com,
they have a GetSubscribers service where they send leads to your
autoresponders at affordable prices. I tried this out and it works splendidly; the
strategy to build your list quickly isn‟t by purchasing their „2000 lead‟ package
because it will take a longer time, so buy bulks of „200 leads‟ for faster results,
though it may cost a bit more. On another note, I don‟t recommend List Builder
Pro if you ever heard of it. It‟s usually one of the first few names people think or
hear of when they want to do co-registration leads, but I tried this out and the
leads are not responsive at all. I mean 0 click throughs after a few email testings
to the leads they sent. So save your money on this one, because my friends and
I have already tried it out.

run, you might end up paying more in transaction fees so I recommend that if you
want to get started you can use PayDotCom, or PDC, at the moment and when
you start making your money, invest in building your own in-house affiliate
program so you can be fully responsible and take 100% control of your affiliates
and the databases and save on paying transaction fees from sites like
PayDotCom. There are other alternatives you can use like ClickBank – that‟s
another proven affiliate program and there‟s an immediate marketplace with
instant affiliates you can reach out to right away because once you put up your
product on ClickBank, it‟s already available in the marketplace and you get some
traffic right away based on how you target your keywords. And also you can start
recruiting affiliates very easily because virtually anyone who has an account with
ClickBank can be an affiliate right away so that‟s another alternative for you to
use.
8. To make this work in it, you have to have your own autoresponder to collect
leads from people who visit your website, didn‟t buy and as they are about to
leave your website, they will be prompted to drop their name and email, so they

going to lay out to you right now.
1. Create a new title for your big book and compile the private label content you
have into one giant e-book spanning about 40 pages. It should be focused on
one topic. It can be general but, the more specific the better. Don‟t forget to put
the demand in front of the product creation process by the way, because if
there‟s no demand (as in people looking for information and are willing to pay for
it), then there‟s no reason and it‟s useless for you to actually create a product the
first place so please take important steps in your Niche Marketing 101. Once you
proofread your work and get an e-cover for it, convert your product to PDF format
from Word document.
2. Write your product sales letter and a series of follow-up emails in text format. I‟m
talking about the sequential emails. The sequential emails should be in text
format all right that you can load into your own auto responder so it can be
automatically followed up with your prospects that opt in to continue persuading
them to buy your product.

3. Set up your auto responder and load it with your follow-up email series. The
more follow-up emails the better, though I recommend anywhere above 7, 14 to

4. Create a way for people to opt in and it can be a pop-up box although nowadays
Internet browsers like Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer 7 and above are
becoming more sophisticated and they are programmed to kill popups right away
and you have to come up with a more sophisticated way and safe way of
collecting leads. I recommend putting an opt-in box somewhere in the middle of
the sales letter or somewhere in the middle and bottom of the sales letter where
it can actually get people to signup to your mailing list and still go back to the
sales letter. Now this is very important as it enables a way for your visitors when
he or she attempts to leave the sales page, you can ask him or her to opt into
your mailing list so that your auto responder can do the follow-up job
automatically. Of course you have to offer a good incentive for the prospect to
part his email address to you. It can be a bonus report or hidden benefits or
some secrets relating to your topic for example. Let‟s just say you‟re selling a
dating product. A big comprehensive guide on dating but due to the price
resistance because maybe he or she things that $97 is too much to fork out at
the moment and there is no trust built yet so before he or she attempts to leave
the page, you will want to have an opt-in box over there that has some kind of a
way to pull him or her back. Like ask him to at least part with his email address
for free so when the person gives the email address you can have your auto
responder automatically following up with your prospect right away. So he or she
may not buy the product right away but he or she may buy in the future because

you‟re positioning yourself as a research product over here and you save the person
from doing a lot of research. Say for example you do a comprehensive guide on dating

We‟re going to discuss on how you can make money from selling reworked PLR
products and sell with “No Restriction Private Label Rights” or “Private Label Rights and
Master Rights”. So this constitutes PLR Profit Strategy #7.
I have found this strategy in particular to be a pretty good income maker that you can
make in a short time span by sending to your mailing list as long as it‟s responsive to
your offer. In fact I have customers who have told me before that they have made a
good income using my technique or reselling my products in this manner, and one of
them happily reported that she found that of all the products that she has resold with
PLR, she found that mine has the highest return of investment or ROI. But it is likened to
be a double-edged sword using this technique, so don‟t say I didn‟t warn you!
Concept
Anyways we will be covering the bases on how you can put this strategy to work and put
money in your pocket. Now quite simply, you play a role as a massive value-adder
where you collect a variety or raw Private Label content preferably no restriction PLR or
you‟re allowed to resell the Private Label Rights and add value to them by making them
more user-friendly and/or sellable commodities. So in other words you‟re selling
convenience. In the PLR marketplace today there are many PLR sellers who often whip
up and sell Private Label e-books and articles in raw format, or should I say, they are

anything with it such as give away, resell, etc.
Basically, you compile and rework the PLR products literally, offer new e-covers, more
catchy titles, better reading format and any other room for improvement in the product
that you can think of. The most important thing is that you want to sell convenience of
using the Private Label Rights products to the customers. And then you pull out the
reworked selection of Private Label products, usually e-books and sell them for one price
– usually middle ticket. I‟m talking about anywhere between $30 to $50, or even $60,
and allow your customers to also own a no-restriction PLR to the products which they
can do anything they want with it. Optionally, you can allow your customers to receive a
duplicated copy of your sales letter so that they can resell as soon as possible.
Advantages
There are the advantages of using this particular technique like:
1. This strategy works best if you own a responsive mailing list that‟s interested in
instant products that they can use for their own. So if you‟re in the Resell Rights
or Private Label Rights niche this is a very good strategy to use.
2. You can make a lot of sales in a short time period by tapping on the scarcity
factor – that is limited quantity and limited time only.
3. You can expect a viral resale and distribution effect in a short time from this
strategy.
Now I have people who are copying my techniques (as they say, imitation is a form of
flattery) and they‟ve found out now they actually understand why I‟ve been implementing
this strategy all the time as well. So as long as you place your advertisements
strategically in your reworked PLR e-books and since they have no restriction or they
had come with full Private Label Rights, people will resell them and distribute them,
