- Jerry INFOLINK Strategic Plan for FY2008-2010 Strategic Goal & Key Initiatives: Identify and foster innovation, with an emphasis on integrating technology into library services. Fund incubator projects that encourage libraries to develop or increase library services. FY2009 Benchmark: The Technology Committee will investigate the Central Jersey Regional Library Cooperatives’ Gaming in Libraries Pilot Project with the intent to replicate, revise and/or expand the project. FY2010 Benchmark: INFOLINK staff with the Technology Committee will maintain, evaluate and enhance the Gaming in Libraries Service.
