2. ¿Qué es una edición?
Ecdótica se aplicaba a la investigación de la
composición, revisión y publicación de obras
individuales, que a menudo presentan múltiples
formas variantes, con el objetivo de producir una
historia ordenada del texto, un texto de lectura y
un aparato confiable. Ahora, parece referirse a
cualquier tipo de producción de textos por
cualquier persona que se considere parte de la

3. ¿Qué es una edición?
…la edición crítica digital, [tiene] el objetivo de
crear archivos o ediciones de obras individuales, en
las que la bibliografía analítica, la crítica textual y
la ecdótica son las metolodologías en cuestión – en
las que el concepto de lo "lo suficientemente
bueno" se deja de lado- en las que el objetivo es
producir un cuerpo de materiales virtuales
confiables para la investigación académica. (Peter

4. Ediciones vs archivos
Los archivos digitales, a menudo, se destacan por
la amplitud y profundidad en la cobertura del
interés temático declarado. Este alcance no ha sido
