Dear Colleagues and Customers,
This year is a special year for the Medimpex team as we celebrate the 10th
Anniversary of the Medimpex International, LLC. It has been 10 years since
Medimpex began trading and importing medical equipment, medical sup-plies
and pharmaceutical products into the Mongolian marketplace. Today,
we are one of the leading companies in Mongolia’s medical equipment sec-tor,
providing excellent products, complex services and customized solu-tions
to our customers. Health organizations, private and state hospitals,
laboratories and doctors are among those who benefit from our services,
which include consultation, ordering, importing, installing, and maintaining
equipment, along with user training and engineering support services.
These products and services help to transform diagnostics and improve
clinical outcomes, with the ultimate goal of improving patient care.
In this fast-changing and globalized world the health care industry is con-tinually
incorporating scientific innovations into the available technology,
resulting in increasingly modernized diagnostic and treatment facilities

Technologies, Inc. (USA), which enables us to introduce the latest ad-vances
in health care technology into Mongolia’s healthcare sector thus
improving the ability of healthcare providers to offer the best possible care

Introduction
Medimpex International LLC is Mongolia’s leading company in the fields of
medical equipment supply and engineering maintenance services. Founded
in 2003, the company initially only focused on importing medical equip-ment.
Since that time, it has been growing steadily, and now has become
a top national supplier of medical and laboratory equipment, diagnostic
and medical products and vocational training machinery. The success of
Medimpex has been predicated on a value-oriented company culture and
a customer-centered approach that has resulted in steady and sustainable
growth.
Our customer-centered, holistic approach includes installation of supplied
medical equipment and devices at both urban and rural hospitals and oth-er
required sites, conducting necessary trainings, providing consultation,
routine maintenance and on-call engineering services to ensure equipment
reliability, ensuring reliable product supplies, and ultimately creating cus-tomers
satisfaction due to improved patient care and outcomes.

Sales Department
The Sales Department was founded in 2008; since then it has been expand-ing
the scope of its business activities.
Currently, Medimpex is providing medical products to our customers, in the
following categories:

· First Aid and Emergency care products

In order to maintain a smooth and reliable supply of medical products, we
are importing products that meet international quality standards from Ger-many,
Italy, Spain, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, China, Malaysia and other coun-tries.
We do impose strict requirements for selection of the products, and the
first priority is given to the products which have been certified by ISO, CE,
FDA requirements and which also meet special technical requirements of
the country of origin or of the Mongolia Professional Agency.
The Medimpex Sales Department team has been operating through following

With in the Marketing and Sales units, the main mission is to provide reli-able

and trade shows, such as MEDICA, KIMES, CMEF to look at the
latest products and identify industry trends. As part of these conferences,
we also meet with and strengthen ongoing business relationships with our
long-term partners; we also explore the development of new cooperative
relationships with potential new partners.

THE ENGINERING AND TECHNICAL TEAM
Our Engineering and Technical Team consists of highly trained engineers with specializations in biomedical, elec-trical
and electronical, physical, and mechanical engineering. Team members have Bachelor’s to Master’s degree,
have participated in product and service trainings, and have been granted certifications by leading manufacturers
such as Siemens, Agilent/Varian, Olympus, Aeonmed, Draeger, and Haier.Sinnowa.
The Engineering Team provides efficient and professional service, offers routine maintenance, can identify faulty
diagnosis and repair of medical equipment, and maintains a steady and clear focus on quality. They are keen to
deliver reliable and fast services that satisfy our clients’ needs.

Project Team
The Project Department was established in 2003 and has been cooperating with state and private health
organizations and international organizations by supplying medical treatment, diagnostic and clinical
equipment and laboratory analyzers, as well as working with different types of research, analytical and
vocational training institutions by providing required unique scientific, research and training equipment
and machinery.
The Project Department is the one of the key departments of the company, and takes full responsibilities
in participating in state and private sector announced tender selection and contract signing, along with
completion of the contracts by ordering and supplying required equipment to the end users.
