Bead Electronics manufactures precision electronic components for the telecom, automotive, connector and lighting industries. Products include: continuous reeled pins, square and round solid wire pins, and tubular pins. Our unique manufacturing process, called swaging, allows us to design, tool and produce custom electronic components very quickly with minimal tooling charge. This high-speed, virtually scrapless process yields small metal pins that are dimensionally consistent and inexpensive.
