4. The Product
A multi-faceted program using a PIN protected customized
Chip and Pin, mag stripe, Visa Pre-paid Card with a Bank
Guaranteed Loyalty Component built in.
• The card recipient goes on line to activate once they
receive the card from you, the office or at home. They
can also call into the 800 number. Once the card is
activated the card can be loaded immediately.
• The card is reloadable by Green Shield. If a series of
payments is involved then the card can be loaded again
and again.
• If the card is lost or stolen it works just like a credit card.
The Customer calls in 24/7 and reports it. The funds are
secure and the money placed on another card.

5. How it Works
1. Recipient receives Green Shield card from their
employer, Green Shield office, or can be mailed to them.
Customers who receive the card from Green Shield
office can use the card immediately.
2. The cardholder goes online to enter their card number
and CVV code.
3. The cardholder is then prompted to activate their card if
not already activated.
4. The Cardholder is given their PIN number if they haven’t
already received.

etc., just like a virtual bank account. They can also call
the 800 during regular business hours to check their
