The plans include a phased delivery of 5,400 homes at

Development at Monkton Heathfield has begun, with 700

are plans for £9m investment in Taunton railway station and
an A303/358 ‘SW Expressway’, connecting to Taunton at J25

provision of education and employment space alongside key
infrastructure and public transport links.
