· Grapefruit juice ( [cycl] by 50%) 
Nursing · Mix oral dose ĉ milk or OJ to  palatability 
· Admin initial dose over 2-6 hours 
· Monitor for hypersensitivity, stay ĉ pt. for 30 mins
