KEY DELIVERABLES
• Strategically planning and executing large scale & high-end events
• Producing detailed proposals for event time lines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets
• Finding suitable and commercially viable venues for events
• Ensuring compliance to all tour calendars, coordinating with creative strategist to design all client solutions
and performing various activities within required timeframe
• Maintaining and managing registration booths for all events
• Responding to inquiries concerning to service provided and costs for room and equipment hire, catering and
related services; organizing registration of participants
• Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders
• Managing onsite activities and handling of various agencies onsite
• Arranging and co coordinating services, catering, signage, displays, transport and social events, for participants
• Negotiating food and beverage prices, function space, and hotel services within approved departmental

• Confirming in writing to the client and all affected hotel departments all group requirements via sales contract
