There is a fire in the dumpster every other week
11. There are these two really strange people who
live on the second floor, who always talk to their
cat like it's another human being...
The neighbors play bagpipes and sing "Can you
feel the love tonight?" from The Lion King
soundtrack at the top of their lungs at 3 am
The radiators NEVER go off...and the dumpster
disappears for one weekend a month.
