One party offers and the other accepts the offer
Both parties obtain a benefit
Both parties have the capacity to contract; e.g. they are old enough to make the contract.,[object Object]
Employment relations in the workplace is governed by Common Law Statutes- Federal & State Legislation Awards and agreements with awards and collective agreements determined through or ratified by industrial tribunals.
