•    44 different strategy points
•    Based on 3 important efforts
     1. It has to be easy and fast to get around on the cycle paths
        (direct routes)
     2. There has to be a good accessibility to schools, shopping
        and all other important functions (no missing links)
     3. The cyclist must feel safe when getting around (lights,
        signs)
