A lot of the times we focus on the wrong areas for marketing, we focus on the wrong. We focus on getting customers new customers and lack 2 major focual points – 1. Do you already have enough leads and you are not converting these correctly 2 Stories on retail shop and then deking company. The 2nd point is there is no real focus on what the steps are during the marketing process. They miss the Commitment Objective……
The challenge is Sales / Marketing what comes first just like the chicken and egg. The good news there is an answer. If you are brand new business, then the Egg comes first as this is marketing. Practice your sales strategies as you get leads in. For existing businesses you are the chicken, get your sales right before any major investment in Marketing……..Are you selling correctly…..So much money is wasted on great leads that do not convert. So time to work out if you’re the chicken or the egg with marketing or sales.

Focus on more time driven strategies rather then money driven.
Put a referral strategy in place. Ask for referrals, give them a card to refer on and your next (x) will be half price. Bring a friend to do (x) at the same time and receive (y). Refer somebody in and if they use x you can achieve this. Friends Pamper Day, Gossip Day at the salon. Referral Cards. Get a complete Referral System in Place…..From Woo to Go…..
