- Start asking the questions, well out of all the marketing you do how many conversions you get ? Because most people think they need more leads, though sometimes they need to tidy up their internal sales and service.

Positioning – Step them out how the processes work. All about referrals, ask, if you provide awesome service. After Sales Wow – Use the chef, lounge selling, deck party, buy first round of groceries, free mowing from a Handy Man service on larger jobs.

Strategic Alliances – How can you build these. – Getting onto other people’s newsletter etc. PR – Being the authority – Setting things up so you have a great story. Traditional Marketing – It still works, have a great call to action and anything is possible. – Letter Box Example
- Do one of these area ever month as goals. Watch the difference. For instance, AB Honey focusing on Cash Flow every week for 1 hour. The difference is incredible. Also a client who just focused on sales process for the month. Amazing.
