International Companies  are currently centralizing  and integrating  software resources  trying to achieve  better organization and money savings
But Software Applications often  are  not so suitable  for this scope and are difficult and expensive to integrate  with anything else
 
Therefore it used to be possible only  for big companies  and big projects    IT USED to BE…
…  nowadays,  normal but talented people may meet on Internet  , work together … and  may start no-profit  projects that may create a new generation of Application Systems.
The biggest challenge is  the collaboration between people  with different expertise and mentality
But... being no-profit projects, what is the advantage  if people don't get paid for their work?
… .well, really a big Advantage Let's imagine that we build a  team that counts 20-30 specialists with various skills.
The workload will be shared… … but NOT the RESULT ..that will be totally owned by each member of the Team
So everyone will give ONE  and get back  more than 20-30 times the investment…. In addition can be built an outstanding  international network for support and consulting
