I've gone from over-worked, clueless, stressed out, hair falling out,
and fired from my first fundraising job. I had some training, no
mentorship.
To raising $2.5M as a major gifts officer and managing a
successful fundraising team that grew and all got raises,
promotions
What made the difference for me was mentorship.
I'm convinced the biggest skills gap in the nonprofit sector is
