4. No junk or trash, no junk vehicles or appliances in
yard. (The yard and surrounding areas must be kept
clean and must not have overgrown vegetation.

gravity vents in high rise buildings.

List Your Unit
Find qualified tenant.
Complete the Request for Tenancy Approval (RTA)
forms.
Schedule Unit Inspection using Housing Quality
Standards HQS Checklist
Both parties sign lease and submit to Section 8
office for approval.
Collect Security Deposit.
Upon lease approval, wait for first rent check!!!
Make sure Utilities are in tenant’s name before giving
keys.
