Bradley Calkins lives in Saint Paul, Minnesota and owns a bar called Calkins' Place which he opened almost 40 years ago after graduating from the University of Minnesota. He and his wife, Jane, met in Saint Paul and shared a love for bar tending and business. Soon after they were married, they decided to open a small business called Minnesota Mugs and Shot Glasses. Customers can choose their favorite historical figures or famous people and Brad and Jane hire local artists to sketch them and print them onto the glasses. This way the Calkins support local art and their own small business.
