5. It is now time to create an AMP form in WordPress. WPForms is known as a contact form plugin but it can be
used to generate any kind of form ranging from registrations to donations. Here we are demonstrating the method
to generate a simple contact form. You can use the method to build a form according to your requirements. Go to
your admin dashboard and locate WPForms in the menu. Now choose the Add New option under it. You will now
be asked to choose a template. We have selected the Simple Contact Form as shown in the image here.

9. Open the page where the form is to be displayed in the editor. Now click the Add Block “+” icon and search for WPForms. Add the block to the editing screen.
Select the form you created in the previous step in the block. Once the form is loaded, you can hit Publish to add it to the page. You AMP-supported form will now be
