I lead the metadata creation team at UCL Institute of Education Library, as well leading on Green OA advocacy, and RPS and IRIS support and training. I am also an editor of the journal 'Library and Information Research' - the aim of which is to publish research that it is accessible to, and usable by, the LIS community. I have a second, equally important life as a doctoral student. My research interest is class background in HE.
