GENERAL INFORMATIONS
• Having many Bird’s Nest Brands in Viet Nam, such as: Sanest,
Tribico, Wonderfarm, Queenest, Nguyen Sa, Thien Hoang…
• Having 2 kinds of Bird’s Nest
– Bird’s nest as soft drink: Wonderfarm, Tribico…, 90% packed in tin
cans, low price.
– Real Bird’s nest: Sanest, Thien Hoang, Nguyen Sa…100 % packed in
glass bottle.
• Today, most of consumers really care health when choosing food or
beverages. And they have believed that Bird’s Nest good for health.
• Supermarket is not main place for selling Bird’s Nest. Just having 4
to 5 brands have sold Bird’s nest (Bird’s nest as soft drink) in
Supermarket. And the sales out is really slow, such as Wonderfarm
at Metro An Phu.
TARGET CUSTOMERS
• The traditional family,
having 3 generations in
the family.
• The elder.
• Patients in the
rehabilitation goods time.
PRODUCT
• Thai Bird’s nest:
– Packed in glass bottle, 230 Ml.
– Good for health.
• Viet Bird’s nest: 2 kinds
– Bird’s nest as soft drink -> Packed in tin cans, 180 Ml – 240 Ml.
– Bird’s nest (maybe real Bird’s nest) ->Packed in glass bottle, 50
ml.

• Most of Supermarket in Viet Nam have sold Bird’s nest as soft drink (nearly
70%)
• GT channel have sold Bird’s nest in low price, such as wonderfarm…
• Having many chain of store have sold Bird’s nest in Viet Nam.
The main place that Bird’s nest have been distributed well.
BIRD’S NEST TEST RESULT
We implemented sampling for taste test (at our Company), and got the result that:
• 63 opinions (more than 50%) that Bird’s Nests, which imported from Thailand,
are normal, especially Rock Sugar taste.
• 37 opinions that Bird’s Nests are Bad and only 20 opinions that Bird’s Nests are
good.

OPPORTUNITIES
• Today, the health is the best thing that people most care.
• Bird’s nest is good for heath because of many amino
acid in Bird’s nest.
• The customers have been familiar with Bird’s nest.
• The Non - alcoholic beverages market have increased
well in Viet Nam.
• Most of the consumers have thought that Bird’s nest,
which have been produced in Thailand is the best in
Southeast Asia ( compared with Viet Nam, Malaysia)
THREATS
• Maybe, the price of Thai Bird’s Nest is higher than Viet Bird’s nest -> it’s
hard for competition.
• Viet Nam is one of the best nation in Southeast Asia in producing Bird’s nest
-> so the quality of Viet Bird’s nest and others (which were imported from
other Nation) are nearly same.
• The customers think that Bird’s nest in can, bottle with the low price is not
good for health, and it is soft drink that the customers use when they are
thirsty.
• Having many chain of store that sell only Bird’s Nest and products made
from Bird’s nest in Viet Nam.

And they have believed that Bird’s Nest good for health. • Supermarket is not main place for selling Bird’s Nest. Just having 4 to 5 brands have sold Bird’s nest (Bird’s nest as soft drink) in Supermarket. And the sales out is really slow, such as Wonderfarm at Metro An Phu.

BIRD’S NEST TEST RESULT We implemented sampling for taste test (at our Company), and got the result that: • 63 opinions (more than 50%) that Bird’s Nests, which imported from Thailand, are normal, especially Rock Sugar taste. • 37 opinions that Bird’s Nests are Bad and only 20 opinions that Bird’s Nests are good. THREATS • Maybe, the price of Thai Bird’s Nest is higher than Viet Bird’s nest -> it’s hard for competition. • Viet Nam is one of the best nation in Southeast Asia in producing Bird’s nest -> so the quality of Viet Bird’s nest and others (which were imported from other Nation) are nearly same. • The customers think that Bird’s nest in can, bottle with the low price is not good for health, and it is soft drink that the customers use when they are thirsty. • Having many chain of store that sell only Bird’s Nest and products made from Bird’s nest in Viet Nam.
