Difficulties to begin with the elaboration of a system of territorial indicators DIFICULTADES Conceptual and geographical demarcation of “small areas.” The costs associated to the maintenance of the nomenclature NUTS below NUTS3 and the maintenance of the statistical information at this level. It doesn't exist homogenized information that it allows the comparison at different territorial levels following European standards, at least in reference to the primary information . Elaboration of a flowchart that allows to maintain the information up-to-date. REFLECTIONS Coordination of the entities that they possess information at level of LAU. Secondary Information Each State Member should be autonomous but arriving to the minimum territorial unit that allows regroupings of territories (20 of 25 have LAU) To use secondary sources and to work the comparisons (18 OF 25 States offer local information) Resposabilidad of each State Member and to get the implications at different territorial levels
