However, the transition is not always quick and simple. So what is actually included in Capgemini’s SWIFT HCM offering? SWIFT HCM’s fixed price includes a standard pilot, connectors, some data migration, content tools, security, and some recommended pre-configuration.
With pre-configured HCM business processes and templates, a setup wizard, a spreadsheet data loader, data integration tools, a testing kit, and training material, Capgemini’s SWIFT HCM makes Fusion HCM implementation quick and easy.
SWIFT HCM covers all of the Fusion HCM modules such as Talent, Comp, HR, Payroll, and Benefits with fixed price packages based on the most-likely scenarios and combinations of modules of interest to businesses.
