INDIAN MARKET
INDIAN FACE
 INDIAN EQUITY BENCHMARK recouped from their day's lows
in late trades to end at fresh record closing highs on hopes that
the Finance Minister in his maiden Budget next week would
announce reforms to revive economic growth.
 Further, Cairn India signed up Halliburton Company, a US
multinational, for a Rs 1,200-crore contract to drill 100 wells at
the Rajasthan on land block over the next 18 months.
 Hindalco Industries fell 1.24% on reports a foreign brokerage
maintained its underweight rating on the stock.
GLOBAL FACE
 Asian stock markets rose to a three-year peak, though the
dollar inched away from overnight highs hit on U.S. jobs data
which underscored the strength of the economic recovery.
 European stocks opened lower, after strong gains were posted
on Thursday following comments by European Central Bank
President Mario Draghi and as downbeat German factory data
weighed.
 U.S. stocks markets climbing on an upbeat June jobs report, a
day after private-sector employment data beat market
expectations as well.

 Jain Irrigation gains on Rs 100 cr HP
govt order
Jain Irrigation Systems has moved higher by 4% after the company
said it has been issued a Letter of Intent for project by Himachal
Pradesh (HP) government involving an outlay of approximately Rs
100 crore. The project is a unique concept of integrated micro
irrigation system in hilly terrain and will be a one of its kind project in
the world.
 United Bank stock surges 13%
Shares of United Bank of India ended 13% higher to Rs 59, on back
of heavy volumes. The stock has hit a high of Rs61 and a low of
Rs50.the company is planning to raise around Rs 1,600 crore and
received shareholders nod for this proposed capital raising
exercise.
 Bharti Airtel rises over 2%; FIIs can
invest upto 74% in co
Shares of Bharti Airtel, the largest telecom operator in India, gained
more than 2 percent after the Reserve Bank of India allowed foreign
institutional investors (FIIs)/registered foreign portfolios investors
(RFPIs) to invest up to 74 percent of the paid up capital of company
under the portfolio investment scheme.
 Amtek Auto stock down 5%
Shares of Amtek Auto were down 5% after report stated that
Citigroup sold over two million shares worth Rs 53 crore of the
company through open market. Earlier On July 3, 2014 Citigroup
Global Markets Mauritius Private Limited has sold 2.07 million
shares representing 0.95% of total equity of Amtek Auto at a price
of Rs 255.93.
 IDBI Bank to raise Rs. 4,000 crore
in FY15
IDBI Bank at its meeting held on July 04, approved the proposal
