Profile
Capt BJ Singh is a master trainer with 30 years of rich experience in the area of
Performance Enhancement in soft skill training. A masters in English Literature, post
graduate qualification in marketing management and armed with an International
Certification in training from JCI Institute, Coral Gables, USA, he is one of the leading
trainers in the industry.
He has had the privilege of having started his career with the Indian Army as a
commissioned officer in the Regiment of Artillery, where he served for a period of 5
years and after taking a release from the Army he has been associated with the world of
Corporate training, Educational training and Finishing school concept of training.
He worked at senior positions in training as Head of Training for various top rung
training companies like Hero Mindmine, Airhostess Academy, Aspire Human Capital,
Academe Angraag and Institute of English and Etiquette. As Director with a University
handling over 28 colleges under him including international affiliations.
In his career spanning three decades, he has launched 5 chains of Finishing Schools in the
country and has trained over ten thousand executives and managers in corporate right
from entry level executives to the CEOs of the companies and has created over 500
trainers through the Train the Trainer workshops.
Presently he heads Absolute Training Solutions in India and in Dubai he works for a
Financial company and heads its training and development.
