People are at the heart my work. I listen and observe them in their natural environments. I look for relationships and experiences that are broken, as well as those that evolve, and change over time. I want to enable people to do their job by improving their tools. I approach problems from the user perspective, through storytelling and qualitative research, as well as from a business perspective by understanding desirability, market viability, and feasibility.
