This document provides an itinerary and information for a group traveling from Chapel Hill, North Carolina to Bloomington, Indiana. It outlines the travel logistics, including multiple flight and shuttle options on Sunday. Upon arrival in Bloomington, the group will check into a hotel and participate in a bus tour, reception, and optional evening activities. Over the next day and a half, the group will engage in 10 conversations with local organizations covering topics like economic development, education, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. The itinerary concludes with return travel options on Tuesday.

5. TRAVEL LOGISTICS
We’ll fly out of and into Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Please plan to
arrive at the airport and check in with Chela Tu, our Chamber staff on point at
RDU, an hour before your flight departs.
DELTA
Flight departs at 7:15 a.m. (arrive no later than 6:15 a.m.)
US AIR
Flight departs at 8:35 a.m. (arrive no later than 7:35 a.m.)

Flight departs at 9:45 a.m. (arrive no later than 8:45 a.m.)

6. GETTING TO THE AIRPORT
We’re offering a free park-and-ride shuttle from University Mall’s parking lot (park
next to Wells Fargo). The shuttle will take you to the airport Sunday and drop you
back off at U-Mall Tuesday.
FOR THE DELTA FLIGHT:
Shuttle departs from University Mall at 5:30 a.m.
FOR THE US AIR FLIGHT:
Shuttle departs from University Mall at 7 a.m.
FOR THE UNITED FLIGHT:
