As a managing director at Goldman Sachs in New York City, Carol Pledger led the Global Talent Management function. Before that, Ms. Pledger spent more than a decade as an associate partner at Accenture in London as a change management consultant. Carol Pledger remains actively involved with her professional community. She was a co-founder of the Wall Street CLO Club, an informal network for training and development professionals at investment banks.
