EU­112 (USA­911) and Emergency Operation Centre: (112­Valencian Community, 112­ Murcia Region, ...). 3. ITC focused ContactCentre & CallCentre (both HelpDesk services and operations). 4. Web 2.0 based services (social media marketing, social network based applications, …). 5. Ad­hoc software development (built on open­source software), mainly mission­critical focused. Standards certifications: ISO 20.000, ISO 27.001, ISO 50.001, ISO 14.001, ISO 9.001, UNE 166.002, CMMI L2.
