cannot setup an interview unless you have
formally applied.

Why are you looking for a new opportunity
now?
How do you handle stress and pressure?
What motivates you?

Think about how you want to be perceived.
A firm handshake and eye contact is just as
important as you have always heard.
Dress appropriately for the temperature.
Think about what your posture says to the
interviewer about you as a job candidate.
13. Mock Interviews- Scenario
Image you are going on an interview for ABC
company. The interviewer will ask the following
questions and the interviewee will respond
based on what you have learned so far in this
seminar.
1. Tell me about yourself?
2. Why are you interested this company and
position?
3. Tell me about a conflict you encountered
while working on a team and how did you
resolve it?
15. After the Interview: What’s Next?
Always send a thank you note to all
members of the panel if possible.
If the interviewer encourages you to follow
up, DO IT. Sometimes they know another
