began in prehistoric time
periods, with the inability to
render subjects accurately.
 However, we will look at
abstraction beginning with
the impressionists in the
late 19th Century.


Artists who use all media
use abstraction in their
artworks.
 From photography, to
sculpture, to painting.
 Artists who use
abstraction are not using it
as a get rich quick
scheme.
