1. The IDEAS Challenge
• Identify low-hanging fruit
• Developer and non-Developer teams
• Meet new people during breaks
• Ideas should have:
– VALUE
– FEASIBILITY
– WOW-FACTOR
• Present your team, idea and solution Wed 4-5pm

• She doesn’t stay
• She doesn’t listen
• Unpredictable (as weather)
• Flighty (as a feather)
Maria’s not an asset to the abbey!

4. The Solution
• Put her in a position of responsibility over
young children.
• Make sure that she has the opportunity to fall
in love.
• Get her far enough away from the abbey that
you can’t hear her singing.
• Only allow her back inside to perform her
marriage.
• Problems will all be solved within 174 minutes
