• I learned how to write an internal proposal.
• This is a learning matter because I can take this
experience to my future career and know how to write
a well written proposal.
• The assignment that helped me have an understanding
of a proposal is the New Program Proposal.
5. How to Write a Newsletter
• The email newsletter assignment helped me
understand the significance of a newsletter.
• This was significant because I learn what an email
consists.
• With this assignment I will know how to make an email
newsletter and could improve the newsletter of the
company I could be working for.
6. • I learn there are two types of newsletter; rss-to-email
and regular newsletter
• A rss-to-email newsletter are emails sent daily when
new blog are posted.
• A regular newsletter are created manually and sent
out on whatever schedule you choose.
• This is a learning matter because I know there are
different types of newsletter I could use.

• I can take this with me because I know how to
combine the sentences I want to make into one

• Grammar Practices are the assignment that helped
me.
• I learned how to rearrange two sentences and make
them into one.
• I can take this exercises and shorten the sentence and
get to the point.
9. Relationship Marketing
• I learned that relationship marketing are marketing
activities that are aimed at developing and managing
trusting and long-term relationships with larger
customers.
• This was a learning matter because I now know that
email newsletter is a great to develop long-term with
your customers.
• I could use this in my future career because I can give
my manager this idea to benefit the company.
10. Email Terms
• I learn some important terms for emails.
• For example: above the fold, brand building, call-to-
action, opt-in & opt-out, and newsletter.
• This will help in know what things I should include in
my email.
11. Ratio Between you and Your Client
• I learn that there is an important to know about every
email newsletter you send.
• Every email you send should be 90% good for your
customer and 10% good for you.
• This is significant because for my future career, I will
know what is important and what is not important.
12. Subject Line
• I learn what subject line should contain.
• A subject line should contain a sense of urgency and
an indication of what to expect in the email.
• This significant because I will know what the subject
line should contain.
• I will use this every time I write an email.
13. Logo
• I learn where the best location for a logo should be
located.
• A logo should be located in the upper left-hand side of
the email.
• This is a learning matter because for my future career
I know that most people look at the upper left-hand
side.
• This is where I should put my logo so it can be
noticeable.
14. 5-Second Test
• I learn that this test is when you send a copy of the
email to a friend or business associate to find out if
they can quickly tell what your call-to-action is.
• This significant because I can use this test in the
future.
• Whether if it is in school or in my career.
• I will know if my call-to-action is not easy to find it.
• If not, I will know and I can find a way to get it away
easily.
15. Main Message
• I learn where the main message should be located.
• The main message should be located above the fold
because it is the easiest place for the recipients to see
it.
• This is a learning matter because I know where to put
my main message in my email.
16. Typefaces
• I learn how many typefaces I should use.
• I should use less than three.
• This is a learning matter because in my future career I
will know that a maximum of three will be fine.
• I don’t want my email to look clutter.
