Department
The team consists of about 22 persons working on provisioning, projects, events and performance
management of mobile voice and signaling network. Operational team, flexibility, appropriate language
Dutch, English.
Responsibilities
 Implement, test, launch and operate for inbound and out bound roaming.
 IR Culling of documents required for completion IREG Testing.
 Ability to quickly identify, investigate and resolve roaming issues. (Take Traces in real time on monitors
differential systems for voice and IP traffic).
 Roaming Partners supporting the Network Configurations for in-bound roaming out.
 IR21 implementation in network nodes and the roaming database.
Job requirements
competencies
 at least 3 years experience as IREG Tester and / or roaming Administrator.
 Excellent knowledge of mobile telecommunications and within specialized in vanroaming products and
services (GSM, CAMEL, 3G, GPRS, etc ...)
 Technical experience with Ericsson, Huawei and Tekelec equipment.
 Understanding of project management and organizational problems in a changing environment and high
tech

2.  monitor the performance of integrated nodes roaming management system as tool to identify potential
network problems and recommend changes.
 To understand the impact of changes and actions in the capacity and quality of the Network
 Fluent in English and / or Dutch is essential and any knowledge of foreign languages is definitely an
advantage  Excellent communication skills.
 Flexible, professional, detail oriented and precise, can work independently.
