The person who is asking the questions,
is controlling the conversation.
CLARITY
Use the words “WHICH
MEANS” and “BECAUSE ”
after you make a point.
COMPETENCE
If you want them to listen,
mention your credibility.
CONCISE
Stay on topic
Get to the point
Shorten your sentences
CONVICTION
Be passionate about your
topic and know your facts
CONFIDENT
Prepare thoroughly
Practise content and delivery
Believe in what you present
