As we assess EcoDistrict we will looked at at projects at all scales (building, district and city) and types (hardware and software) to identify potential projects to help EcoDistricts achieve their desired performance goals.
This district scale has become a new area of emphasis utilizing the knowledge from both the building scale and city scale to understand potential costs and benefits of district scale projects.
