- Introduce yourself, explain your position and your KA Career. Ask how many participants are Freshmen as opposed to upperclassmen.
- Explain how Managing Your Time can effect your success in the real world, in School, and in life in general.
- Discuss each priority, ask the group to suggest other priorities and where they would fit.
- Discuss Strategic Planning in life and in work, tie in with individual plans for participants.
- Talk about planning Fraternity Parties and the ties to Risk Management. Have Blair talk about the parties that him and Yearty discussed when he was an undergrad.
- Discuss each point: Talk about how you are a night person, you prefer to sleep during the day and get all of your energy from 8-12 PM. Talk about how if you study the difficult subjects first, it makes the studying process easier. Take shorter and more varied Study Sessions to make it less boring and keep you on track. Location can be key. A lot of people like using a library, I do not. Where is a good place for you? This does not seem important but can directly effect your ability to concentrate and succeed. Find a hot girl you want to talk to or a group of buddies. There is no reason why your success cant have varying benefits.
- Check your college website for resources on campus, Number IIIs need to be experts in these programs.
