Role of a 9-1-1 dispatcher is evolving ….while we have worked towards automation, the question of shifting the data load to the field is one that will bear much consideration. Use of VOST teams currently already illustrates an inability for the field to filter high quantities of data, but where will that role be assigned? 9-1-1 to Fusion Centers to Field? 9-1-1 as data analysts to determine
