This individual is responsible for the GIP individuals from the promotion - realisation process. Responsibilities include providing promotion support at GIP Fairs to the raise process including
interviews, assessment centre and assessing applications. Following Raising, oGIP TMPs are responsible for matching of their EPs through understanding of supply and demand of GIP TNs
available. Finally implementation of LEAD, preparation of EPs, tracking of EP Experience and Re=integration falls under their responsibility as well.
