                             Agreed on goals and common direction
 Determined the next stage of project and discussed upcoming duties
     Expressed questions or concerns about the scope of the project
              Discuss regularly to maintain project goal and objective
                    Delegate work equally among the team members
                             INTERACTION AND RESPONSIVENESS
         Trusted and accepted ideas and comments from each other
                                     Opened and shared information
                          Opened for giving and receiving feedbacks
                           Involved in the decisions we have to make
                    Listened and interested in what others are saying
                                               Prevent group thinking
                    Comment or suggest team member assignments
                              CONCLUSIONS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
                                     All of our goals were completed
                         The team was on track with respect to goals
          Future goals and activities were delegated out among team
