OF……..
STRESS!!!!!!!!!!
A common symptom of Stress is having
sleeping problems. Stress can affect us
emotionally, psychologically, and
behaviorally. As we grow older the
responsibilities are just endless. We have
educational deadlines, work
deadlines, financial issues, a family to
run, many decisions to make, a household to
maintain, and just more and more.
Our daily routine can easily be filled with anxiety, tension, constant
worrying, tiredness, poor concentration, and overall an unhealthy lifestyle! SO when
we go to sleep and have numerous things on our mind, constant thinking of our
unresolved problems, of tomorrow’s to-do list HOW CAN WE SLEEP????
